Diverse Civil and Commercial Projects are currently undertaking works as a part of the construction of the future Lightsview Recreation Hub.
Our scope of works entails:
- Bulk earthworks, including the excavation of uncontrolled fill onsite, and placement of both imported fill and suitable site-won soil.
- Asphalt pavement construction.
- Building pad preparation.
- Base preparation for concrete paving / masonry.
- Retaining wall construction.
- Installation of Stormwater pit and pipe.
- Electrical installation.
- Irrigation sleeve installation.
We are scheduled to reach practical completion by July 2019.
