Diverse Civil were contracted by Key Invest in December 2018 to carry out the civil works for Stage 4 of the Woodside Lodge retirement village.
Our scope of works includes:
- Bulk Earthworks – cut and bench site to block pad levels, box out for roads and footpath, and batters.
- The construction of over 450m2 of concrete sleeper retaining walls.
- Water main installation
- Sewer main installation
- Stormwater installation
- CST & Electrical installation
- Road construction
- Kerbing
Works commenced on the 19th of February, 2019. We aim to have finished the job by late June.
